At Transpire Training, we believe that understanding and prioritising mental health is essential to building healthier and more resilient individuals and communities. Our Wellbeing Awareness Workshop focuses on raising mental health awareness and increasing confidence to talk about mental health and wellbeing. We look at the most common mental health conditions and explore the signs of poor mental health developing. We look at how we can cultivate our own mental health and support others to do the same.
