Terms and Conditions 

Transpire Training cancellation, rescheduling and Instalment payment info. 

 

Cancellation policy;

More than 4 weeks before the training course is due to commence:

50% refund of amount paid. 

Less than 4 weeks before the training course is due to commence:

No refunds 

 

When your refund will be made: We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from us acknowledging your cancellation, but usually much sooner. 

 

Re-scheduling: You can book onto another available course with no extra charges so long as this change is made at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of your original event booking. If re-scheduling with less than 2 weeks before the course start date a fee may apply, we always aim to keep this as low as possible on a case by case basis. 

Special amendment to re-scheduling terms due to COVID-19;

 We will only run courses which it is safe to do so and will be lead by public health advice at the time. We are operating our most flexible booking terms throughout the pandemic and want to ensure that none of our customers lose their money needlessly, therefore if you need to cancel your place due to health reasons  (i.e self isolating or protecting a vulnerable loved one) upto 24 hours before the course start date we will be able to offer you a credit note for a future course instead so you do not lose your money. 

 

 

Cancellation by Transpire Training

 

Cancelling courses is always a last resort. If numbers do not reach the minimum required to run an effective course (7 people) or any other reason we firstly offer you a place on an alternative course, we run regular courses in all locations. Otherwise you are entitled to a full and prompt refund. 

Re-schedule by Transpire Training due to public health advice during COVID-19

If due to public health advice we have to re-schedule a course you will receive a credit note to take the course on the next available suitable date. Existing customers will always take priority over new bookings and we are committed to running courses as soon as it is safe to do so.

 

Instalment Payments

 

In order to make the training as accessible as possible we offer a free instalment payment option to help you spread the cost of the training. 

 

Minimum deposit of £75 followed by monthly direct debits payments at the same time each month over a maximum of 3 months from date you place the booking deposit.  

 

Your booking is not confirmed until the direct debit mandate has been completed and we ask that you complete this within 2 days of receiving the email invitation from GoCardless who  we use to process the payments. Please see Go Cardless terms and conditions prior to joining a payment plan. 

 

If any of your direct debit payments fail we will contact you and ask that the payment is completed within 5 working days. Unless otherwise agreed your booking may be cancelled if the payment is not completed within this time frame and we revert to our cancellation policy. 

 

This is a complimentary service, in some circumstances it may be deemed not possible to provide this service and we may in some circumstances require you to have completed the payments prior to the course start date or have made a minimum percentage of the payments by the time of attendance. 

 

We endeavour to be as accommodating as we can in enabling delegates to access our courses so please get in touch as soon as possible in any circumstance where you require assistance. 

 

 

Dietary requirements 

 

On courses where lunch is provided we require  at least one weeks notice before the course start date of any dietary requirements. The venues we use are very accommodating and flexible and we can cater to most requirements with enough notice.

 

Extra support needs 

 

The courses are based in textbook English only and therefore the courses are unsuitable for those who are unable to read and or understand English. Due to the course content this also means that students need to be 16 years or over to attend. 

 

We endeavour to accommodate extra support needs. We do require sufficient notice and it is delegates responsibility to provide us with details of any extra support needs at the time of booking so we can ensure this can be accommodated on your chosen course date. 

 

 

Course completion 

 

You must attend the full course schedule to be awarded the certificate for your chosen course. If due to unforeseen circumstances you cannot complete the course the certificate cannot be issued but we will try to put you on another available course to complete this (charge may apply)
