Become a mental health first aider (MHFAider) on a Transpire Training public mental health first aid course. The two day courses run in a relaxed and encouraging setting. Each person is supported to learn and explore the topics surrounding mental health and wellbeing. The courses are primarily about giving participants the confidence and knowledge to support others, whilst we also develop tools to cultivate our own mental wellbeing.
Course Format: Group discussions, workshop activities, individual reflective workbook activities, case studies, interactive presentations and videos.

Gold standard: Transpire Training instructors are all MHFA England accredited, passionate and great facilitators who are skilled in building a psychologically safe learning environment. All our MHFA instructors are experienced and knowledgeable (without the jargon) with extensive professional and or personal mental health backgrounds.
Course Materials: We provide all course materials and follow up resources for every participant.
Development and further learning: All delegates on our courses are invited to join our mental health awareness webinars and a number of post training development sessions free of charge.
Public mental health first aid course fees:
We aim to make our courses as accessible as possible and as such we operate tiered pricing which ranges from £275- £350pp depending on location and a few other criteria, please enquire or see MHFA location specific pages below for pricing in your area. For those who are self funding we have an interest free instalment payment option.
