Become a mental health first aider on a Transpire Training public mental health first aid course. The two day courses run in a relaxed and encouraging setting. Each person is supported to learn and explore the topics surrounding mental health and wellbeing. The courses are primarily about giving participants the confidence and knowledge to support others but we also develop tools to monitor our own mental wellbeing.
Group discussions and workshop activities, individual reflective workbook activities, case studies, interactive presentations and videos.
The course is built around early intervention and hope for recovery. See the Mental health first aider course outline
