Mental Health First Aid Brighton

Become a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®)

MHFA training is the countries leading certificate in Mental Health First Aid. The content is grounded in research, consistently evaluated and proven to improve confidence around mental health. The course is in-depth but we keep this light whilst being incredibly thought provoking. See the full MHFAider® course outline. Worldwide there are now over five million people trained in MHFA skills.

Our MHFA Brighton courses run every 6-8 weeks over two consecutive days (must be attended in full to become certified) and numbers are limited to 16 people per course. We also run open access MHFA Brighton youth courses and can provide private group training.
