Become a Youth Mental Health First Aider on an MHFA youth mental health first aid course in Brighton. Book individual places as a self funder or through your school or place of work. This is an in-depth look at young peoples mental health and the factors that can effect wellbeing. The MHFA programme is the countries leading certificate in mental health first aid and is internationally recognised.
Who should take these courses? Youth mental health first aid (MHFA) courses are for anyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8 - 18 years. For Adult MHFA training see Mental health first aider
Venue: Sussex Innovation Centre, Falmer, Brighton, BN1 9SB.
We can also train in-house for private groups of 8 or more.
Course Structure: Learning takes place over the two days through a medley of presentations, videos, workshop activities and group discussions. See the course outline for Youth MHFA
Timings: MHFA Youth courses run from 09:30 - 16:30 both days.
Pricing: We have limited subsidised places for £275pp (otherwise £300pp as valued by MHFA England)
