
Wellbeing Awareness Workshop
This workshop is a gentle introduction to wellbeing and resilience. We focus on raising mental health awareness and increasing confidence to talk about mental health and wellbeing. We will look at the most common mental health conditions and explore the signs of poor mental health developing. We will look at how we can cultivate our own mental health and support others to do the same.
The workshop is lead by experienced Transpire Training mental health and wellbeing trainers. The session is inclusive, interactive and delivered in a friendly and encouraging manner whilst being incredibly thought provoking.
