90 Minute Cultivating Good Mental Health Workshop 

The Covid-19 outbreak has caused significant disruption to just about all of our lives. In these uncertain times, cultivating good mental health is even more vital than it ever has been. This is why we have developed a rapid response, 90 Minute interactive and thought provoking workshop.


Times are uncertain and let’s face it, this is going to be tough. Heightened levels of anxiety and stress are almost inevitable, but we don’t need to camp out there. With some simple preventative steps we can cultivate good wellbeing during the crisis. 

The workshop covers;

  • What is mental health  

  • Wellbeing challenges brought on by COVID-19   

  • Stress bucket exercise   

  • Recognising and managing stress and anxiety   

  • Supporting others    

  • Mental health resources and signposting 

  • Question time at the end with trained Mental Health First Aid Instructors  



90 minute workshop with 30 minutes at the end for one on one questions with trained Mental Health First Aid Instructors.



Virtual course hosted on the Zoom platform. Learning takes place through a medley of slides, video and group discussion. The course is interactive and thought provoking. We also have supporting resources for each delegate. 


Max group sizes of 12 so we can keep the training supportive and effective.
