Neurodiversity Managers
Our Neurodiversity for Managers training builds confident, inclusive leadership. This practical course helps managers understand neurodiversity as a natural part of human variation and recognise how different thinking and working styles can influence communication, organisation, performance and wellbeing at work.
Through real examples and practical discussion, managers will learn how to identify and reduce workplace barriers, apply reasonable adjustments fairly and effectively. The course also introduces our CLEAR Framework, providing a structured approach to performance, support and wellbeing conversations. Throughout the session, we take a strengths-based approach, exploring both the value neurodivergent employees can bring to a team and the practical steps managers can take to help individuals thrive.

Why Neurodiversity Training Matters
Neurodiversity refers to the natural variation in the human brain and encompasses conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more. Neurodivergent individuals bring unique perspectives, creativity, and strengths, yet they often face challenges due to a lack of understanding and accommodations in traditional environments.
Our training helps bridge this gap by giving participants the understanding, empathy, and practical tools needed to offer meaningful support and foster inclusive spaces for neurodivergent individuals.
