Office Administrator
Salary:
Basic of £21,500 per year, with a £1,000 performance related bonus opportunity.
Holiday:
25 days per year with an extra day for every year with us, capped at 30 days.
Hours:
09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday. 09:00-16:00 on Fridays.
Location:
Office based in Bishops Stortford.
Travel:
When required, is fully paid on expenses including mileage, hotel, and food allowances.
Professional Development:
CPD training budget of £300 per year to spend on suitable training courses which relate to your work.
Equipment:
All necessary equipment will be provided.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Answering and directing calls – including making outgoing calls (no cold calling).
Respond to inbound sales, web, email and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Process bookings from clients, managing the associated end to end admin tasks.
Managing follow up’s with clients post course, issuing certificates and post course email support.
Complete general day-to-day running tasks of the business including supporting the Management Team with a range of adhoc tasks.
Build a rapport with clients and colleagues, nurturing relationships with Transpire’s suppliers and trainers.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases and our CRM system (full training given).
Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
To always operate in line with Transpire values and implement our policies and standards.
The Person

Essential Skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Keen appetite for self-development and continued learning.
Have a genuine passion and hunger for raising mental health awareness and improving the mental health literacy of the general public.
Desirable Skills
Experience: Within Business-to-Business sales. Supporting others with mental health provision in a range of settings. One years' experience in an office administrative role.
Knowledge: Use of Mailer Lite, Mailchimp, CANVA or other relevant marketing tools. Creative writing.

Transpire deliver mental health first aid and awareness training to schools, organisations of all sizes and communities. We are dedicated to raising mental health awareness and making mental health education available to all. We are a team of 8 including office and field based staff.
